Ellaina Parham
Ellaina Parham is owner and Head Instructor of Aerial Athlete. She was born and raised in St. Augustine and her journey in aerial arts began in 2014 as a student of Aerial Athlete founder Laura Cardella. Ellaina was a student-athlete at Pedro Menendez High School, where she represented the Menendez Falcons Cheerleading Team and competed as a member of the Lady Lifters Girls Weightlifting Team. Ellaina has also trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Phil Cardella, Relson Gracie St. Augustine.
From her earliest days in aerial training, Ellaina was inspired by Laura’s passion for movement, dedication to her students, and belief in the strength and confidence that aerial arts can build. Over the years, aerial became so much more than a discipline to Ellaina; it became a meaningful part of her life and a way to connect to others through movement and challenge.
As an instructor, Ellaina carries forward the foundation she received from Laura while bringing her own energy, experience, and perspective to each class. She strives to create an environment where students feel encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, develop their skills, and discover their own strength.
Ellaina is proud to continue sharing the art of aerial with the St. Augustine community and to be part of the legacy Laura Cardella began.
